Refund, Return and Exchange Policy
At Panolini, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the conditions under which Panolini (“Panolini”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may, at its sole discretion, authorize returns or issue refunds for products purchased exclusively through our official ecommerce website, www.panolinibaby.com (the “Site”).
By placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
Panolini products are personal-use hygiene items. For health, safety, and regulatory reasons:
1.1. No Returns of Opened Products
We do not accept returns of any product that has been opened, unsealed, used, or partially consumed. This includes any package where the safety seal, outer wrapping, or internal packaging has been removed, altered, or damaged.
1.2. Time Limit
Refund and return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the order delivery date as confirmed by the carrier tracking information.
Requests received after 30 days are not eligible under any circumstance.
1.3. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original, intact, unopened packaging
- Free of damage, stains, odors, or alterations
Panolini may request photographic evidence prior to any approval.
1.4. Purchases Eligible
Only products purchased directly from the Site are eligible.
Products purchased through third parties, unauthorized sellers, or resellers are not eligible.
1.5. One-Time Refund or Exchange Limit
Panolini applies a one-time refund or exchange policy per order. Customer history may be reviewed prior to approving a new request.
2.1. Mandatory Pre-Approval
Customers must not ship any product to Panolini without receiving written authorization and return instructions from our Customer Care team.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
2.2. How to Submit a Request
Send an email to andiamo@panolinibaby.com including:
- Full name
- Order number
- Product(s) subject to the request
- Reason for the request (required)
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging (required)
- Clear photograph of the batch/lot number (required)
2.3. Review & Determination
Panolini will review the request and determine, at its sole discretion, whether it qualifies for return, refund, partial refund, or denial.
Additional documentation may be requested.
Panolini’s determination is final.
3.1. Customer bears all costs
Shipping costs—both original shipping and return shipping—are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, even in cases where the customer disputes
Panolini’s determination.
4.1. Inspection Requirement
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the product.
4.2. Grounds for Denial
Panolini may deny a refund if:
- The product is opened or unsealed
- Packaging is damaged or altered
- Signs of use, tampering, contamination, or wear are detected
- The product is not eligible under this Policy
- The request was received outside the 30-day window
- The product does not match the order or batch information provided
If approved, refunds are processed as follows:
5.1. Timing
Refunds will be issued within 2–3 business days after Panolini receives the product.
5.2. Payment Method
Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
Panolini does not issue:
- Cash refunds
- Refunds to alternate payment methods
Store credit may be issued at Panolini’s sole discretion.
5.3. Amount
Refunds cover only the eligible product cost.
Shipping costs (initial and return) are non-refundable.
Panolini will not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers
- Gift cards
- Any item not submitted according to the process in Section 2
Because infants’ skin sensitivity varies, and every baby’s physiology is unique:
7.1. No Guarantee of Performance or Fit
Panolini does not guarantee that products will:
- Fit every infant identically
- Prevent leaks under all circumstances
- Avoid irritation or redness
- Meet individual expectations of performance
7.2. No Medical Claims
Panolini products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
7.3. Irritation or Allergic Reaction
Skin reactions (e.g., irritation, redness, sensitivity, allergies) may occur in some infants and do not constitute a defect in the product.
Refunds will not be issued based solely on individual skin reactions unless Panolini confirms, in its sole discretion, the existence of a manufacturing defect.
Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, improper storage, or failure to follow package instructions are not eligible for return or refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Panolini’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
- Panolini is not liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or indirect damages, including but not limited to:
- Skin irritation
- Personal discomfort
- Staining
- Clothing or bedding damage
- Leakage
- Emotional distress
- Loss of use
- Lost profits or replacement costs
Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, Panolini’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Panolini reserves the right to:
- Request additional proof of purchase
- Limit the number of refunds issued per customer
- Deny requests suspected of abuse, fraud, or improper conduct
- Flag accounts for misuse of the Policy
This Policy is subject to the mandatory arbitration and class action waiver contained in Panolini’s Terms of Service. All disputes must follow that procedure.
Panolini may modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
The version published on the Site at the time of the request will apply.
