Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:

• The Site
• Panolini products
• Any transaction with Panolini shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

14.2. Location

Arbitration shall take place in Miami, Florida, unless both parties agree otherwise.

14.3. Individual Arbitration Only

You and Panolini agree to resolve all disputes only on an individual basis.

14.4. No Class Actions

You expressly waive the right to:

• Participate in a class action
• Act as a class representative
• Join a class arbitration
• Bring a collective claim

14.5. No Jury Trial

You waive any right to a trial by jury.

14.6. Attorney Fees

Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law.

14.7. Small Claims Court Exception

You may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court in Miami Dade County, Florida.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

Panolini may terminate access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

These Terms constitute the full and complete agreement between you and Panolini regarding Site usage and supersede any prior agreements.

Panolini may revise these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
